Do not deal with unregistered intermediaries.
Do not rely on unverified Telegram or WhatsApp messages.
Do not transfer investment funds to the Research Analyst.
Do not trust advertisements promising guaranteed returns or unrealistic profits.

A. Disclosures of Material Interest (as per SEBI Regulations)

In accordance with SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, the Research Analyst (Amit) hereby discloses the following:

Ownership & Holding: The Research Analyst or his associates/relatives do NOT hold more than 1% financial interest in the subject companies recommended in our research reports as of the date of publication. Any personal holdings of the analyst are explicitly disclosed in the respective research report.
Compensation & Conflict: The Research Analyst or his associates/relatives have not received any compensation from the subject companies in the past twelve months, nor do we have any banking / investment banking relations with them.
Market Making: The Research Analyst does not act as a market maker for any recommended securities.
Directorships: The Research Analyst does not serve as an officer, director, or employee of any subject company recommended in the research reports.

B. Disclosure on Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools

In compliance with SEBI recommendations on digital transparency:

We do NOT utilize any automated algorithmic generation, AI bots, or deep learning systems to generate financial market recommendations, charts, valuations, or rating rationales.
AI assistant tools are used solely for grammatical proofreading, text styling, page responsiveness, and accessibility formatting.
All intellectual analyses, research, projections, and reports are compiled manually by certified analyst Amit.

We maintain a transparent fee and refund policy in accordance with the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations and applicable compliance requirements.

A. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Subscribers may request a refund or cancellation under the following circumstances:

Double Payment / Billing Error: If a client is charged multiple times due to a payment gateway or technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full after verification.
Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver the research reports or recommendations promised under your subscribed research package, you may be eligible for a refund.
Premature Termination: If research services are terminated before the subscription period ends, the client shall be entitled to a refund for the unused portion of the subscription on a pro-rata basis.
Regulatory Action: If the registration of the Research Analyst is suspended or cancelled by SEBI, any subscription fee collected for the remaining unexpired subscription period shall be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

B. Non-Refundable Scenarios

In accordance with industry compliance and market risk disclosures, refunds shall NOT be provided under the following situations:

Market Losses: Investments in the securities market are subject to market risks. No refund will be issued for financial losses incurred while acting upon our research reports or recommendations.
Performance Dissatisfaction: Dissatisfaction arising from stock performance, target achievement, stop-loss execution, or market movement shall not qualify for a refund.

C. Refund Processing & Claims

Upon successful verification, approved refunds shall be processed to the client's registered bank account within 10–15 working days.

Any applicable statutory deductions, including GST adjustments, payment gateway processing fees, or other charges permitted under applicable regulations, may be deducted from the refundable amount.
