Strict independence. We have no association with any stockbroker, distributor or issuer. We do not manage client money, we do not offer portfolio management or wealth management, and we never trade on a client’s behalf.

Research is published as written reports with a stated rationale, reference levels and time horizon. It is not investment advice, and it is not tailored to your personal circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance.

No broker arrangements

We have no commission, revenue-share or referral arrangement with any stockbroker, distributor or exchange member.

Your money stays with you

We never accept, hold or manage client funds or securities — no PMS, no wealth management, no trading authorisation or power of attorney.

Interests declared

If the analyst or a relative has a financial interest in a security a report covers, the report itself says so.

Same report for everyone

Every subscriber to a plan receives the same report at the same moment — no early access and no private versions.

How we research

Inside every report — and where research stops.

An authentic research report by Amit Raju Sangawar will always contain the elements listed below. If a message in our name is missing any of them, it did not come from us — please let us know.

Our research services

Depending upon the research service selected by you, we may provide:

  • Equity research
  • Technical research
  • Fundamental research
  • Intraday research
  • Short-term research
  • Research reports
  • Market analysis
  • Research recommendations
  • Research-based trade setups
  • Other research services specifically described in your selected subscription plan

The exact service, frequency, mode of delivery, subscription period and applicable fee will be disclosed to you before you subscribe. We will not provide a service merely because it is described generally on this website — the service actually subscribed to by you will be as specified in the applicable service plan or client agreement.

What every report contains

Security and segment

The exact contract or index covered, the segment — options, futures or commodity derivatives — and the exchange.

Rationale

The reasoning behind the view in plain terms, and the publicly available data it rests on.

Reference levels

Entry reference, stop-loss reference and target levels, described as levels the analyst is using — not as instructions to you.

Time horizon

Intraday or BTST, so the view can be judged over the period it was actually formed for.

Invalidation and risk

What would make the view wrong, and the specific risks attaching to it.

Disclosures

The analyst's financial interest and holdings in the security, and any other material conflict of interest.

Date and time of issue

Stamped at publication, so the report can be assessed against the information available at that moment.

Analyst identification

The name of the Research Analyst and the SEBI registration number INH000028972.

Standard warning

The statutory market-risk warning, and the statement that registration does not assure returns.

Where research stops

It cannot tell you whether a trade suits you Reports are written for all subscribers of a package and take no account of your capital, income, existing positions, tax position or tolerance for loss. Suitability is your assessment, or that of a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser.
It cannot predict the market A research view is a probabilistic judgement formed from incomplete information. A meaningful proportion of views will be wrong. Any service claiming otherwise is misrepresenting what research is.
It cannot protect your capital A stop-loss reference describes the analyst's invalidation level. It does not execute, it can gap through in fast markets, and it offers no protection against loss. Options can lose their entire value within a single session.
It cannot be judged by a past record We publish no accuracy percentages, success rates, performance reports or historical returns. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and a track record does not transfer to the next report.

What SEBI found about individual derivatives traders.

Every service we offer covers derivatives. These are SEBI’s own figures for individual traders in the equity futures and options segment.

91%+ of individual traders in equity derivatives incurred net losses in FY 2024–25
₹1.1 lakh average net loss per loss-making individual trader, FY 2024–25
41% rise in aggregate net losses of individual traders in FY 2024–25, to about ₹1.06 lakh crore
93% incurred net losses across the three years FY 2021–22 to FY 2023–24

SEBI study on the analysis of profit and loss of individual traders dealing in the equity F&O segment (updated study published September 2024, and the further study published July 2025). Figures are as reported by SEBI and include transaction costs. Subscribing to research does not change these odds in your favour, and we make no claim that it does.

Plans & fees

Three services. Fees stated in full.

Every plan is a subscription to written research reports — not portfolio management, not trade execution, and not personalised investment advice. The fee for the service you choose is disclosed to you before you subscribe.

Returns are never assured. Subscribing does not entitle you to any profit, return or capital protection, and we do not offer any. Options can lose their entire value, and you may lose part or all of the capital you deploy. Nothing on this page is a promise or projection of performance.

Statutory fee limits

Cap: ₹1,51,000 per annum, per family of client Under the SEBI guidelines effective 8 January 2025, the total fee chargeable to individual and Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) clients is capped at ₹1,51,000 per annum, per family of client, excluding applicable statutory charges, across all research services taken from us. “Family of client” means the client, their dependent spouse, dependent children and dependent parents. SEBI reviews the limit every three years against the Cost Inflation Index. The cap does not apply to non-individual clients, accredited investors or institutional investors.
Advance fees: maximum one year We may collect fees in advance for a period not exceeding one year. Our longest term is six months. If you terminate before the paid term ends, the fee for the unexpired period is refunded on a pro-rata basis and no breakage fee is charged.
All packages together stay within the cap The most one client could pay us in twelve months is ₹1,43,972 — every package, each renewed back to back on its costliest term (Derivative Services — Index Option ₹47,988, Derivative Services — Stock Option ₹47,988, Commodity Service ₹47,996). That is below the ₹1,51,000 cap before GST. We still ask about existing subscriptions at onboarding, so the cap is applied correctly if prices change.

Before you make payment

Dear Investor, please note that every subscriber completes these steps, in this order. No research service shall be rendered and no fee shall be charged until your consent to the applicable Terms & Conditions has been obtained.

Read the T&C and MITC

You must first read the Terms & Conditions for research services and the Most Important Terms and Conditions published on this page.

Give your consent

You must provide your consent to the Terms & Conditions. Your consent is recorded before any service begins.

Complete KYC

You must complete the applicable KYC requirements, and risk profiling where applicable. Your PAN, name and contact details are verified against the records of a SEBI-registered KYC Registration Agency.

Select your plan

You must select the research service and subscription plan. Individual and HUF clients also tell us of any other subscription held with us, so the annual family fee cap is applied correctly.

Know the fee

You must be informed of the applicable fee — the package fee, the term, and the statutory charges payable on top of it.

Then pay

Only after completion of the above onboarding requirements should you proceed with payment, through a permitted banking/payment channel.

Payment, invoicing and refunds

Payment channel
Fees are accepted only through permitted banking/payment channels — cheque, online bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS), UPI, or a payment gateway such as Razorpay — from your own bank account into the account of the registered Research Analyst. Where available, you may also use the optional Centralised Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) of the RAASB. Cash is never accepted, and we never ask you to transfer funds to any individual for trading or investment. Always retain the receipt.
Invoice
A tax invoice is issued for every payment received. Check that the invoice is raised in the name of the registered Research Analyst before paying.
Taxes
GST and any other statutory levies are charged over and above the package fee and are not included in the amounts shown above.
Termination and refund
You may terminate at any time. Fees for the unexpired portion of a prepaid term are refunded pro-rata, with no breakage fee. See the refund policy below.
Renewal
Subscriptions do not auto-renew without your fresh consent. You will be told before a term ends and may choose not to continue.
What the fee does not buy
Access to published research reports for the subscribed term. It does not buy investment advice, order execution, portfolio management, performance reports, or any assurance about outcomes.

How to raise a grievance

  1. Level 1 — Internal Resolution

Email query.amitsangawar@gmail.com with the subject line Grievance – [Your Name] – [Issue], or call +91 90754 95590. Include your registered mobile number, subscription or invoice details, a clear description of the issue and any supporting documents.

Acknowledged in 2 working days · resolved in 10 working days · 21 calendar days at most
  2. Level 2 — SEBI SCORES 2.0

If we do not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, or you receive no response within 21 calendar days, lodge a complaint on SEBI SCORES 2.0 at scores.sebi.gov.in (opens in a new tab). SEBI toll-free helpline: 1800 22 7575 / 1800 266 7575. On SCORES:

    • RA's response. We must submit an Action Taken Report (ATR) within 21 calendar days of receiving the complaint on SCORES.
    • First-level review. If you are not satisfied with our ATR, you may request a first-level review within 15 calendar days of receiving it.
    • Designated body review. The applicable Designated Body undertakes the first-level review and submits its ATR to you within 10 calendar days.
    • Second-level review. If you are still not satisfied, you may request a second-level review within 15 calendar days of receiving the first-level review ATR. SEBI may then take the matter up for second-level review.
    Track online
  3. Level 3 — SEBI SMART ODR

If the dispute is still unresolved after the SCORES route, initiate conciliation and, if that does not settle it, online arbitration through the SEBI Online Dispute Resolution portal at smartodr.in (opens in a new tab). The SCORES FAQ also recognises opting for ODR as a route after SCORES disposal.

    Conciliation, then arbitration

The above sequence, timelines, eligibility and availability of review/ODR are subject to the SEBI regulations, circulars, Master Circulars and applicable ODR framework, as amended from time to time.
